Untrustworthy company:

I bought jacket for 230£ From UK,
I found out days after purchase that huckberry send product with additional delivery cost 100£, of course on my expense.
Got email from UPS they told me to pay them, not huckberry.
If they were open about this I wouldn’t even bother my self..

End of story
Package return back from my doors, I’m waiting for refund.

Product? Didn’t see, can’t tell

Using the happyreturns app for a recent purchase. I was able to select my exchanges, but needed to return one item from the order. The app wouldn't allow me to do so. I reached out for help. Within minuets my return for that item was processed and the QR code needed was sent to me. Super fast!

Best customer service experience, I have had 3 different questions and I have received responses Friday &Saturday evenings and Sunday, this shows the dedication. I really like the quality of the items in the past 3-4 wks I have purchased 19 items ,all great items ,really like the look , website is also very user friendly, all around a great Company to support with my purchases will be a customer for life. I am a business owner myself . This quality of merchandise , people and service are very hard to find in these days .Keep up the excellent work.
